Our mission and vision

Helping every child know Jesus.

We share and show the love of Jesus with every child who comes through our doors. We believe children of every age and background can learn and experience what the Bible teaches about God’s love and His great plan for their lives.

Each lesson and activity is carefully planned, prayed over, and presented by loving adults with a heart for serving children. Our hope is for every child to know Jesus as their personal Savior and share the Good News with family and friends.

Sundays at Cedar Crossing

Made for every age.

Children are welcomed into age-appropriate environments with caring leaders, biblical teaching, worship, and room to have fun.

Ages 0–2

Lambs

A caring nursery environment available during both the 9:00 and 11:00 AM worship services.

Ages 3–4 / Pre-K

Cubs

An engaging nursery class available during both Sunday worship services.

Kindergarten–5th grade

Crossing Kids

Crossing Kids meets during the 11:00 AM service and is led by George and Kara Lucke.

Family Worship Sunday

On the first Sunday of each month, elementary-age children join their families in the sanctuary for worship. Lambs and Cubs nursery classes remain available.

Check in and check out

We’ll help you every step of the way.

  • Stop by the Kids Church Office when you arrive to check in your child.
  • A team member will help your family and walk your child to the right classroom.
  • At the end of service, children are brought back after check-out has been completed.

Your child’s safety matters. No child is released until the check-out process is complete.

Take Sunday home with you.

A Family Connection Packet is available each month with upcoming events, what children are learning, encouragement for parents, and a simple activity to do at home. Pick one up at the Kids Church Office.
