Program Description
Cedar Crossing Church of God Text Updates is a text messaging program from Cedar Crossing Church of God. When you opt in, we may send you church announcements, service and event reminders, schedule changes, prayer and care updates, and follow-up messages after you fill out a Connect Card, serve interest form, On-Ramp reservation, or baptism sign-up on our website.
How to Opt In
You opt in by checking the text message consent box on one of our website forms and providing your mobile phone number, or by texting a keyword we publish to our church number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of attending, joining, giving to, or receiving care from the church.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Most people receive between two and six messages per month, with additional messages around special events, weather closures, or when you have asked us to follow up with you.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Cedar Crossing Church of God does not charge for text messages.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message and then no further texts from that number. You can rejoin at any time by opting in again through a website form or by texting START.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device.
