2 Kings 2:1-14
Elijah was a powerfully anointed prophet from God, but had gotten to the place where he was ready to throw it in.
He had lost his purpose.
Elijah had realized that he was not ready to go to heaven just yet.
Be a spiritual son and a spiritual father to someone.
Elisha persistently followed Elijah.
Spiritual fatherhood is us pouring out our lives into sons and daughters.
Our faith must be witness able. We set the example for sons and daughters.
The example I set is a lasting example. It’s more than just telling. It’s also about raising.
Elisha received a double portion.
The sons and daughters stand on the foundation we have built.
